Yachting Malta CEO Michael Mifsud represented Malta at the 7th TYBA Yacht Charter Show at Marmaris Muttaş Marina from 7th to 11th May, one of the Eastern Mediterranean’s leading yachting events.
Organised by the Yachting and Brokers Association of Türkiye with ED Fair Organization, the show brought together charter brokers, owners, professionals and yachting press from nearly 20 countries, with 52 charter yachts of up to 51 metres. Its programme covered berthing capacity for the growing global fleet, digital marketing in an AI-driven market, legal and operational developments in the Turkish maritime sector, and Türkiye’s wine heritage in luxury tourism.
“Events like the TYBA Yacht Charter Show are invaluable opportunities to connect with the broader Mediterranean and global yachting community,” said Mifsud. “Türkiye is a significant player in our shared sea, and fostering closer ties between our industries can only benefit both countries and the wider region.
