What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and organisation, plus your message. We use them only to reply to you and to handle your enquiry. We do not sell them or add you to a mailing list.
Like most websites, the server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and for any client relationship that follows. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how it is used. If you are unhappy with our reply, you can complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
Media releases
The newsroom holds media releases issued on behalf of our clients, which may name athletes, officials and other people in connection with public events. If you appear in one and want something corrected or removed, email us.
