Yachting Malta has announced the resignation of its Chairman, John Huber, after four and a half years at the helm of the public–private partnership.
“Steering Yachting Malta for the past four and a half years has been a fulfilling experience, wherein we took a pro-active approach towards bringing the yachting industry to the forefront, locally and internationally. I am proud to see the variety of incentives that Yachting Malta has launched in the past years, including initiatives relating to the growth of international yachting events in Malta, the development of the superyacht network, sustainability programmes as well as sailing for persons with a disability to mention a few. I leave Yachting Malta in very good hands and am confident that the team will continue to strive to keep Malta on the yachting map,” said Huber.
The Board of Directors and staff of Yachting Malta thanked him for his contribution and wished him the very best for the future.
